The On-road Heavy-duty Monitoring System (OHMS) is our latest advance for the study of exhaust emissions from Heavy-Duty diesel trucks. With the use of a portable shed we are able to capture and deliver exhaust to a suite of extractive gas and particulate analzyers to determine for the first time fuel specific emissions of both gaseous and particle species.

FEAT has to date been used in seven locations to measure the exhaust emissions from Heavy-Duty diesel trucks. Because diesel engines operate at large air/fuel ratio's these databases contain only the measured exhaust ratios to carbon dioxide.
